Monday through Friday I head to work at around 6am and end up getting home around 6pm (PST), stressed and tired. There are only a handful of things that I want to do for those few hours of I have of "peace" before I retire to bed and start the mundane cycle all over again.
Yet it seems as if every day the last week, right when I come home and start a quest in World of Warcraft I get the dreaded "Shutdown in 15:00" message and am forced to play on another server.
While I expect there to be downtimes and maintenance needed, I also expect that if these hours exceed a certain amount of time that the PLAYERS be compensated. We give money every month so that we can have full access to a game, and I expect as much.
Below are the signatures of players that agree with me. I hope Blizzard can keep it's good reputation for Customer Service and help us remember why we keep paying these monthly fees.

I'm sick of playing this game at the convience of blizzard. I would like to play at my will, unless this is a free game I think I should be able to play when I have time not when the server isn't being maintanced.

Though I have not missed a month of play I support this grass roots movement and think that Blizzard can view it as a form of punative damages to it's clients.
