Online Multiplayer for PS2's Ghost Recon

Thousands of people like myself have been loyal Ghost Recon and Tom Clancy fans for many years. We spend countless hours playing your game. We have played Ghost Recon for the PC and online. We have all loved the series very much. But, when I heard that Ghost Recon was coming out for PS2, I was ecstatic. I was so excited and was looking forward to the release date. I bought it and turned on my PS2, booted it up and realized there was no online multiplayer! I had heard from many sources that there were indeed online capabilities planned. Myself and thousands of others want to know why, why you took away the online multiplayer from the PS2 version. There are far many more PS2 owners than Xbox owners. The Xbox version has it, why cant the millions of PS2 users have it as well. We are asking for you to make an update or something to give us the capability to go online with Ghost Recon. Now as the days go on, many people are not buying Ghost Recon because they hear there is no way to play online. Eidos is coming out with an update to allow TS2 fans to play online, why cant Ghost Recon be the same way. Thank you for your time, we hope you will consider our opinion.
