After reviewing facts of the Sean Isbell case, there is more than a reasonable doubt that Sean Isbell did not commit the crimes of which he is accused. There is more than enough evidence that substantiates the facts that his mother, Carol Isbell, committed the crimes of forgery (promissory note, as documented by the certified document examiner), theft, IRS violations and multiple violations of the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act-Co.
This petition is to overturn the conviction and clear the name of Sean Isbell. It is also to investigate and prosecute the crimes of Carol Isbell.

After reading all court documents, I believe that Sean is innocent of all charges and that the disctrict attorney should go after the grandparents and mother of Sean. He needs to be vindicated immediately and the DA thrown out of office for his stupidity

Sean is one of my coworkers and is a really nice guy. I read his story and all I can say is the District Attorney prosecuted an innocent man. I hope he gets his name cleared from this whole mess.
