The construction on Bellaire Drive is nearly finished, hooray! Just as we can start planning a stress free drop off and pick at Bellaire Elementary. Today the city puts up NO PARKING signs. Ugh!!!
Take a deep breath parents and caregivers we can just plan to drive through and pick up our children. Nope, the police dept will not allow a line to be created along the road, forcing us to drive around the block over and over until we can get into the circle drive. The circle drive is about 10 car lengths long.
Bellaire Elementary campus has more than 600 students, this is ridiculous and poorly planned. The parents are forced to park along the residential streets which are far more narrow than Bellaire Dr. causing children and parent to cross the wider Bellaire Dr during Drop off and Pickup time.
