People of All Ages should be required to wear a helmet when riding a motocycle, scooter, moped, and bicycle

Everywhere we look there is a commercial informing us how wearing a seatbelt can save lives. Its always Click it or Ticket. Yet we rarely see anything persuading us to wear helmets. Do we care more about automobile drivers and passengers than motorist? There is no law that says if youre older than 21 you have the choice of not wearing a seatbelt. So why is there a helmet law like this for motorist in Florida?
To prevent more cycle fatalities, regardless of age everyone should be required by law to wear a helmet.
