Al Gobierno Federal de México, al Gobierno de Coahuila, al Gobierno de Durango. Al Congreso de la Unión y a los medios de comunicación.

Sómos un frente civil de Laguneros que aman a su tierra. Sómos una sociedad con un sentido de hartazgo muy alto en contra de nuestros dos gobiernos estatales. Sómos laguneros que tratamos de impulsar la creación de nuestro Estado Libre y Soberano de la Laguna.

Estamos haciendo ruido para impulsar el bienestar de nuestra Comarca Lagunera. Queremos un cambio y lo exijimos ahora. La voz de los ciudadanos no será callada por intereses políticos de unos cuántos. Los laguneros le demostraremos al gobierno municipal, estatal y federal la fuerza que nos caracteriza.

Demostraremos que al igual que vencimos al desierto, venceremos en ésta noble causa.
