PETITION AGAINSIT NOISE POLLUTION

Recently there has been a movement in Manchester, New Hampshire. The amount of noise made on our city streets, specifically obtrusively loud car stereo systems. As citizen we are starting a petition to outlaw any noise coming from a vehicle at can be heard at 25 feet or more from that vehicle. This is not only a disturbance, but had been proven a health hazard. Please sign this petition and let you alderman know you fear for your health and quiet of your streets. Our goal is to have a law placed on the ballot for all citizens to vote on in November. Our goal collectively is to change the laws to highten the penalty for noise pollution, it will also make the police forces of New Hampshire more effective in enforcing these policies if a law is in effect. Our current laws are not strong enough nor do they carry stiff enough penalties. This movement that started in Manchester, New Hampshire will not stop here. Our goal is to change these laws in Manchester, the state itself and beyond throughout the states in America.
