Petition Against On-Line Petitions

We the undersigned do hereby Petition the Federal, Provincial and All Municipal Governments of Canada to hereby reject all forms of electronic, on-line, computer generated or otherwise non-hard copy Petitions presented before them for the purpose of influencing any and all decisions supposedly made for the benefit of all yet signed with the click of a mouse by a very few.

We implore Governments of all levels to ascribe to the will of the people only when the people have bothered to rouse themselves from their overstuffed armchairs and answer their doors, listen to what the petitioner has to say and, only then, consciously decide whether or not to add their real signature to a real document.

Anything else, in the pursuit of democracy, is useless and should be ignored.
