Dear Fellow Singaporean,

The 2011 Election has finally passed, but due to unfair practises of the GRC system, it leaves most Singaporean with a bitter taste in their mouth.

With the fact that deserving candidate has been voted out, while unpropular candidates being bundled in, the fatal shortcoming of the GRC system has never been more glaring.

We believe that most Singaporean wants their leaders to have both integrity and honour, and it is only when they allow themselves to be judged individual, than can they truely say they have received the citizen's mandates.

This petition is an effort to consolidate the voices of fellow Singapore, who thinks that a change in the GRC systems is very much needed. We hope that with our combined strength, we can bring our PM to task, on his promised words of listening to the voices of Singaporeans.

p.s. hope to gain your understanding that stating of your ethnicity is much appreciated, so as to refute the main argument behind the need of the GRC system.
