Dear Mr. Ober,
William Daparvine stands accused of killing two very wonderful people.
Rick and Karla Van Dusen represented all things that are good in this world. They always did the right thing. Mr. Deparvine is accused of taking their lives and their goodness from this world. Their murder was cold and calculated without conscious or regard to human life. Should he be convicted, we are asking that you seek the death penalty. Please accept the following signatures of those who responded to this petition, all of whom support the death penalty for William Deparvine.
