We, the loyal readers of digg.com, have a small request concerning the recent redesign of your excellent website. One of the new features in the third revision of digg.com, namely the browse by topic on the sidebar, has an annoying little inconvenience that makes the content that gets displayed default to the Technology category.
While we the readers appreciate digg.com's recommendation that Technology news should be the default content that is displayed when one browses to digg.com we humbly request that the developers please change the default category to the "View All" option. This will alleviate a great deal of frustration put on users by digg and will lead to a general feeling of warmth and happiness through out the digg.com community. If this is not possible, then could we please get an option for registered users to set the default topic? Again, this would be a much appreciated addition to an already excellent website.
