Grand Blanc citizens disapprove of bringing in a Meijer for the following reasons:
a.)Commercial zoning in that location goes against the Master Plan for Grand Blanc, a plan that took years to conceive and which keeps the control of development in our city's hands.
b.) There are other commercial areas already available which would be better suited for another grocery store, should Grand Blanc need one.
