Since British forces illegally invaded Iraq 1.2 million Iraqis including 400,000 children have been killed[1]. These killings, the worst atrocity in British history, breach war law and constitute 11 indictable crimes[2]. The Metropolitan Police and Crown Prosecution Service are failing in their duties to investigate these crimes arresting and charging offenders. The undersigned call on the Greater London Authority to conduct an inquiry into the corruption within the Metropolitan Police Service and Metropolitan Police Authority that enables Ministers of State to continue committing war crimes.
