Petition to the Passaic County Board of Freeholders in Support of the Cultural Affairs Department of Passaic County Community College

We, the undersigned, wish to request that the Passaic County Board of Freeholders allow Passaic County Community College to bond for their capital expenditures for FY 11. If they are not permitted to bond for these expenses, programs such the Cultural Affairs Department which includes the Poetry Center, the Passaic County Cultural and Heritage Council, the Art Galleries, and the Theater and Poetry Project will have to be cut. We feel this would be a tremendous loss to residents of Passaic County and to the entire area. We respectfully request that you save these programs that benefit so many people in the county and the state by allowing PCCC to bond for their capital expenditures.
