Priority Enrollment

Recently, the cut to Priority Enrollment has substantially decreased the number of students who benefitted from Priority Enrollment into a more manageable and realistic state. However, the intended targeted groups have never included nontraditional students в a group in far more need of Priority Enrollment than the previous benefiters; especially with the current economic climate.

We believe that expanding Priority Enrollment at UCLA, through an application process, is an important move that coincides with the UCвs Mission Statement to strengthen вthe academic achievement of students in communities throughout California.в (UC Mission Statement)

This collection of signatures shows our student support for the institution of priority enrollment to nontraditional students through a selective application process.
