We the residents of Easttown, Tredyffrin, and surrounding townships hereby make it known that we oppose the high density, town home and condominium, development proposed for the Mack Oil site in Berwyn.
We, the undersigned, feel that this development will have a huge negative impact in the areas of:
increased traffic (in an area already burdened with cars rushing to and from the Berwyn train station & traffic going to schools on Conestoga road)
more students forced into a school system that is already filled to capacity
the introduction of a brand new zoning classification that could have ramifications for future development projects in the townships
going against the long term Comprehensive Plan for the Townships
and increased taxes
The proposed development fails to maintain the characteristics and integrity of the immediate area and the surrounding communities.
We ask that you say NO to the proposal of high density housing in our community.
