PROTECT OUR FUTURE FAMILIES (P.O.O.F.F) program of the Earlyssia Austin Foundation


P.O.O.F.F. Is a program organized through the Earlyssia Austin Foundation to protect our children. .


1. P.O.O.F.F will speak, support, & monitor progress through E.A.F programs for those children that have been neglected, abused, or denied medical treatment whether emotional or physical, by a parent, foster parent, and/or any caregiver.


2. P.O.O.F.F will also fight to have laws passed for all children that have been put in a situation by any authority that there is evidence that there is a cover-up of any information that shows this fact. Child(ren) that are put in this situation are to have an account set-up for restitution or in the event of death severe punishment be administered.


3. P.O.O.F.F will fight to have a law passed that a judge must be aware of all evidence and/or information formally filed in each case prior to making a decision on child(ren) behalf.


4. P.O.O.F.F will fight to have any and all conversations in reference to a case to be admissible prior to a judgment that may have a influence if it has been put in writing.


5. P.O.O.F.F wants a law that anyone formally charged and also those that had charges dropped due to a technically not be allowed in an unsupervised visit for a minimum of 18 mos. Or whatever the people of our state(s) determine.


6. P.O.O.F.F request that once parent(s) and child(ren) are to be united that an arrangement for parent(s) & child(ren), along with foster parent or person(s) providing care meet in a neutral environment for supervised visit to give the child(ren) a period of adjustment prior to being placed in the home.





7. P.O.O.F.F. will fight to have a law in place for siblings that have multiple parents. In the event that a parent has children that have different partner(s) or spouse(s), and the parent has no living will one sibling from each of the partner(s) or spouse(s) must be part of the decision in making any life changing decision for example: removing a respirator when the person has brain activity, blood pressure, pulse, etc.


We, the undersigned, support or state that these are ideas, suggestions, and/or goals of P.O.O.F.F a program through Earlyssia Austin Foundation that need to be address. We will also give suggestion for time frame for number# 5.
