Protect Private Property from Government

The Supreme Court recently ruled that the government may for financial gain and progress force a US citizen out of their property paying them what they and the courts determine as adequate compensation. This is a horrible violation of our rights as citizens. The Founding Fathers bled and died to protect the right of property. "...life, liberty and the pursuit of property..." was Jefferson's original line in the Declaration of Independence. Happiness was more poetic but they understood that it still meant one thing, PROPERTY. Man determined his freedom by property ownership. Now however, the courts have reversed one freedom that helped make this country great and set us apart from socialist controlled governments. Unlike those socialist governments, we as Americans have a recourse. We can amend the Constitution and reverse the courts! We will petition our state legislatures and Congress. We need to pass an amendment and take back private property ownership! We fight for Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of PROPERTY, and let no court take our rights away! Therefore we call for our representatives, both at the state legislatures and the Congress to draft an amendment reigning in the courts and securing the right to property for future generations. We will not allow a few robed judges on a bench take two and a half centuries of private property rights and in a single day erode that foundational and fundamental right that our country was created upon!
