PS3 Black Ops Stats Wrongfully Reset

Hello,
This petition is for PS3 Call of Duty:Black Ops players who have experienced a stat reset back to a level 1 and who have not cheated(i.e. modded, glitched, hacked or boosted) in anyway shape or form. This petition is for people who have put in countless hours and experienced sleepless nights in order to progress into the higher ranks, only to have it taken away and get little to no explanation as to why.

I myself, was a level 5 prestige rank 46 as of 12/19/2010 and had put in over 100 hours of game time in order to get there only to have it taken away from me for no reason at all other than what Activision representatives explained to me as being, and i qoute " Rank resets usually occur by an interrupted communication between your console, ISP or the server.
If there was a loss of packets or bandwidth at the end of a match or being unexpectedly ejected from the game, the stats can result in a reset or rollback when the stats were uploaded to the server.
When this happens, there is corrupted data on the data file that is transferred to the Master Servers at the end of the match.
In receiving the data, the Stats Servers try to correct the data file by resetting the stats"

I started the game, as everyone normally does only to have my system freeze at the "find match" screen. Now being that ever since i put the game in from the day of its debut it has frozen my system 21 times(brand new system too.1 week old)i thought nothing of it and hard reset as usual. Well much to my surprise i receive a message saying " your stats have been reset"..All because their game froze my system at the moment it was loading my stats and therefor corrupting my online stat data..

So why is that our problem??.. Why should we have to suffer for their inferior master server when it corrupts our data? while we take time out of our life to play this game, they sit back and make millions of dollars from us and are no help what so ever. I mean come on, when they tell you this over an email "Your original stats and ranks cannot be retrieved or restored because the file was overwritten. Unfortunately, Activision is not able to reset or restore anyone's account in online multiplayer.
We do not have access to anyone's stats or multiplayer rank in the game." Who wouldn't be livid?! They also say "If you have received the message about your stats being reset than another reason is that you were caught cheating or boosting ingame."

Now for those who ARE cheating, boosting, modding, or glitching than they deserve every bit of what the get but for those of us who have not in any way, do not. And then they won't discuss your reset with you but will accuse you of cheating in one shape or another. What kind of system is that? Where is the right in that?

Furthermore, for them to say that " Activision is not able to reset or restore anyone's account in online multiplayer", is a lie. If that's the case than how can they find these so called "modders, glitchers, hackers and boosters" and reset THEIR stats?? Doesn't quite add up now does it? If that is the case, than who is? someone has to be!

I had my stats that i worked so hard for taken away from me unfairly and am sure their are more of you out their that have the same problem going on.

All I/We are asking for is our stats fixed, nothing more,nothing less...

Lets fight for what we have earned!
