A temporary understaffing is to be expected in any workplace. However, our office has been consistently understaffed for 5+ years now. This is a prolonged period of time and it is creating significant problems.

We were promised in January after the hiring freeze that we would be getting new staff, we are currently at an all time low staff level. Our dedicated team is at risk of burnout, our office is losing its good reputation for solid quality work, our customer service is suffering and our service to the POLICE and other agencies is poor.
