Re-Legalization and Declassification of Naturally Occuring Substances Which are Currently Banned

This petition would command the United States Congress to consider all naturally occurring plants and derivatives thereof legal to cultivate, possess, buy and sell, without licensure, and remove all classifications and penalties regarding naturally occuring substances in any aspect. It is every human being's birthright to evaluate his or her own use of any naturally occuring phenomena. It is furthermore every human being's birthright to have an oppinion. It is a violation of civil and religous freedoms of an individual to assume that, although we were all created equal, one person's view can be construed as being better, more valid, or more important than the views of any other. It is a right of every individual to believe that the plants naturally occuring on this earth are no coincidence, and in fact, they have been intentionally given to us from our Creator for myriad uses. Written on the first pages of the Bible, for example, a believer can find a list of God's initial creations. Every green plant that bears a seed of the same plant is for man, according to the Bible. If individuals are not permitted by our government to practice this or any belief freely, the individual's interpretation and judgement have been overruled by those who do not have the same views. How is it lawful for those who surrender certain rights of their own to deny them to anyone else? The people who choose to utilize these rights aren't making decisions for everyone, only ourselves. This petition will ensure that each person, on an individual basis, has the right to choose for him or herself what is a "good" or a "bad" plant, as well as the right to not distinguish any plant from any other plant in terms of its value, while also allowing individuals with other views to maintain control of their own lives and live within their own system of values. Considering that every plant has naturally manifested on the earth we all share, every individual has an equal right to judge its value and use any and all effects which result to one's advantage. There are to be no restrictions of any kind limiting peoples' life choices based on any person's moral objection.If this petition contained restrictions, that would allow one man to deny another man a right which they were both born with, equally. What is right for some may not be right for others, and vice versa. The standard by which we judge things we are all equally entitled to use is our own point of view, and to mandate or even advocate one uniform position on any subject is to portray only one point of view, deeming it the only correct point of view. By signing this petition, those whose signatures appear herein thereby state that it is their will that such action be taken. Since Congress is charged with executing the will of the people through legislation and representation, refusal by any delegate to act in the people's interest would be a clear cut case of insubordination and dereliction of duty, and those delegates, determined not to have acted in the expressed interest of the people, could thereby be removed from office immediately. Mother nature is full of examples of purposeful design, so it is a fundamental right of every human being to believe that the effects of any plant were it's intended effects. If others disagree, they are free to apply their oppinions to their own lives; however, they are not free to apply their oppinions to the lives of anyone other than themselves.
