Remove Superintendent Leo Zuber from his current position

We, the undersigned, strongly encourage the Board of Trustees for Ripon Unified School District, to remove Mr. Leo Zuber, the current District Superintendent, from his position. Mr. Leo Zuber is causing our District to be run into the ground with his innaccurate projections, half-truths, and misleading information. Mr. Leo Zuber has caused Ripon Unified School District to be found in violation of Section 504 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Leo Zuber has caused various complaints to be filed and found valid against Ripon Unified School District through the California Department of Education. Mr. Leo Zuber has used his position to bully teachers and administrators into not speaking up for what is right for students. Mr. Leo Zuber has caused Ripon Unified School District to not "be flexible and sensitive to the needs and abilities of children" as the District's Mission Statement states. The Mission Statement also reads: "Our schools will be havens for harmony, courtesy, safety and self-worth." Mr. Leo Zuber has made a mockery of this statement.
