Remove "Top 10 Listing" from crime educational institutions.

Purpose: To remove "Top Listed","IVY" Colleges and Universities with violent crimes such as beatings, rapes, or murders in catalogs for that current year. Catalogs such as "Princeton Review", and State of California reviews. Libraries shall "black out or white out" the educational facility, or tear the page out, of the school listings as "Top College or University".
Crimes such as: fraternity or senority oriented or student hazings, beer, illegal city-state listed drugs, under 21 pornography creation. Should also be considered. No University or city permit 'rally groups' or 'strike lanes'.
These educational facilities have "student contracts" which ban material from campus, including fair treatment, and EOE. However, if the Obudsman is not present or external lawyer it might be one sided. To protect prospective customers to the educational facilities, from harm and fraud. To remove advertising from current school year the crime(s) occurred.
