Request to Games Workshop, Ltd. to Change Nob Bikers

We, the gaming community that plays Warhammer 40,000 ("the game") published by Games Workshop, Ltd., request that Games Workshop, Ltd. examine the composition of the unit known as "Nob Bikers" in the current edition of Codex: Orks and issue a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or amend the current FAQ for Codex: Orks to make the following (or some other) changes to restore overall balance in the game:

Increase the cost of each "Nob Biker" to accurately reflect their effectiveness/"power"/usability

OR

Remove "Nob Bikers" from the "Troops" slot on the Force Organization Chart (FOC)

OR

Disallow adding an "Ork Painboy" model to a unit of Nob Bikers to remove granting the "Feel No Pain" Universal Special Rule to the unit

OR

Change the allowed wargear options available to each individual Nob Biker model to disallow "creative" wound allocation to prevent having to remove a "wounded" Nob Biker model

OR

Disallow taking two units of Nob Bikers

OR

Limit the number of Nob Biker models to 0-5 per Ork army list

Any and/or all of these changes would be a step in the right direction towards restoring balance to the game and would reduce the potential for abuse inherent in the unit of "Nob Bikers" that reduces enjoyment of the game and creates an atmosphere of "rock, paper, scissors" in tournament play.
