Restoration Of Hacked Accounts & Properties In English Priston Tale

This is a petition to request Yedang Online to look into the current situation of English Priston Tale (EPT).

1) SERIES OF HACKING ISSUES
EPT administrators are already aware of the series of the hacking issues that has been taking place since the server merger on 26 Oct 2006. Many players accounts were hacked (either of total lost of items, xp, gold and/or entire game character deleted). However, none of these were restored, regardless of the numerous reports submitted by victims via the EPT All4U support center.

2) INFORMATION PROVIDED TO EPT YET NO ACTION/RESULT
Victims & players in game have been providing as much information as possible to assist EPT with the investigation of hacking. We even go to the extent of finding out the IPs of possible hackers from various game forums where those hackers frequently post their successful conquest of another players account.

However, we still see no action taken against the hackers as well as no account & item restored, not even a reply to our emails. We had to resort to phone directly to EPT in Korea to address our issues, yet we were simply dismissed by telling us to wait for their investigation/restoration. Having full trust on EPT, we have already waited for many months & still we get nothing.

3) OUR DISAPPOINTMENT
We as paying customers, apparently do not feel our money worth paying for the account subscription every month which is US$12.99. We are utterly disappointed with the service we are getting from the games support center. Many players have left the game, & many more are planning to leave.

4) OUR REQUEST:
With this petition submitted to Yedang, we sincerely hope to receive acknowledgement & resolutions to our complaints & requests. Please listen to the voices of your fans/loyal customers who have supported you and your products over so many years and give us a real support that will help bring back our faith in Priston Tale.

We would like Yedang to:
a) Restore hacked accounts, items & deliberate xp lost by hackers
b) Enable change of ID for everyone to prevent further hacking
c) To be more efficient & responsive in handling our complaints & requests emails

In the event that Yedang is going to ignore our voices, just like what EPT has done, we regret to say we definitely will lost all our faith in your company. Much to our unwillingness, we are being forced to stop supporting all Yedangs current & future games/productions.
