Purpose: A California State code for:
Right size and safer school equipment for Pre-school thru High School Grade 12 children, under 17. As in shorter basketball hoops, softer and smaller baseballs, smaller basketball balls, no free weights, smaller baseball bats, reasonably flat running areas obstruction free (no fence to squeeze into and around), discription of recommended equipment for safety. Apparently school cafeterias already serve portioned meals, school desks are a certain size. However, full size basket ball hoops are used for grade school aged, even hard baseballs, and volleyballs. Some running areas, have no CB hand-held emergency radio, heat/cold index indicator, or water fountain. Due to the environment from city to city, there is no hot or cold, even rain protection. Marking of 'no smoking' and 'no alcohol' are clearly in 'auto shop','physics lab','wood/metal shop', and 'chemistry lab' areas are needed.
