please help the RNIB campaigne for blind and partially sighted people to get the higher rate of DLA (disability living allowance)
currently blind and partially sighted people only get the low rate of the mobility component of DLA.
the RNIB wants to change this because blind and partially sighted people have to pay more for transport.
