Sandwackers Compliance

This petition is for the Texas Department of Health to finally look into the Sandwackers of both Grand Prairie as well as Duncanville to find the health code violations that happen once the health inspectors have left. Half the employees don't even have food handlers cards, nor have they received the proper training. The owners, Andy and Hema Rama, just use old employees cards as replacements once health inspectors come by. It is also to get the Texas Department of Labor to investigate the overtime not paid to employees who work over 40 hours per week. It is not right for an individual to not pay overtime hours, yet still allow employees to work overtime. Employees either don't get paid past 40 hours or they get paid cash under the table, but not at the overtime rate. If you believe these things need to be investigated, please sign this petition.
