Save stable families from a biased system

Many parents are forced to choose between being a family or losing their child. This ever more the case of the sex-offender. Couples where one is a registered sex-offender are common. Many want to get married and have children. The non offender parent knows the full history of the offender. They have check with various agencies and law professionals if they can have a child and live together. They are often told yes but then they are ripped apart as a family once the child is born. They try to cooperate with the social workers but nothing they do is good enough. Not to mention you add in the offenders who maintained innocence especially in the case of charges involving their own children, that involved the legal advice to take a plea and the child says nothing had happen seem to be the hardest affected. A safe stable and happy home is torn apart because instead of looking at the present home and life of the couple the only focus is on the paperwork. There needs to be a reform to the system that evaluates the individual family and not on the paper work. A convicted felon who had killed a child has more rights then a low risk offender who has had evaluations, and cooperated with the system. A loving intact family ripped apart because of a witch hunt attitude of the social services system. WE NEED A REFORM, to stop destroying families because the system is wearing blinders...
