We need to have the funding to support these animals and also foster homes until the animals can find a good home or hopefully some of the foster homes will want to keep the animals.

We need to take care of animals on the street by finding good homes for them and putting them in foster homes in the mean time. And maybe some of the foster homes might want to keep the animal. We need to do something.
