We the undersigned, admirers of scenic beauty, petition the appropriate governing body of the State of Wisconsin to establish and maintain, except as necessary for public safety, at least a 200 foot no-harvest scenic buffer extending from each edge of the pavement into the forest on state owned property bordering Rustic Road 60 (Hwy. K) in Vilas County, Wisconsin.
