This is a petition to SAVE the TOA client. Mythic have stated that they will be removing the client (as they have previously done with Classic and SI) within 3 months of LOTM being released.
Many people do not wish, or are not able to spend $1000 or so upgrading their systems (yes, plural) to be able to play LOTM, for such a small addition to the game. Right now, there is a growing fear that even though Mythic have stated that they have spent time and effort optimising the DR/LOTM in order to RVR, that no amount of effort will result in anything other than a slideshow in RVR for people without a 2005/6 system. ToA was always the RvR client for people without cutting edge computers.
1. I do not care if I see naked Minotaurs
2. I play just fine in the ToA client with no LAG
3. The LOTM/DR client is about as optimised as an electic wheelchair in a Formula 1 race.
4. if it aint broke, don't fix it.
P4 3.2Ghz Intel, 1Gb Ram, 256Mb X800 ATI = LOTM/DR runs like a dog with 3 legs. ToA, runs fast and fine.
So if you want to continue playing this game, as you have been for the next X months/years, then make your voice heard.

DAOC was fine, untill you added three useless expansions. Like Catacombs, Darkness Rising, and LOTM.

Not everyone can have two comps to run two accounts. ToA allows players who don't have top of the line computers to have their bots, or just run two toons at once.
