We call upon Foras na Gaeilge to assist the Irish language community's daily newspaper. Lб Nua provides an essential service to Irish speakers in Ireland and abroad and its closure would be a massive retrograde step.
We also call upon government departments in Dбil Йireann and Stormont to include Lб Nua in the list of newspapers in which they advertise. This extra revenue would ensure the future of the publication.
