School Before the Holiday-EK

I am against school starting after Labor Day. It is tradition to go to school before Labor Day. It has been like this for about twenty years. Before that, school started after Labor Day, so why change it back when people later on will most likely want to change it back to before Labor Day. I know I will want to change it back. I don't understand why people want to change it back. What is their reasoning? People think that it will help small businesses, and if we don't change it back, it will hurt them. What they don't realize is school is school is out on Labor Day and people travel, so the small businesses won't be hurt. In fact, they are still making money. This is my opinion on this issue, and I hope if you support it.
