WE, a group of current Huxley Homes / Ashford Homes clients ( part of the Home Australia Group) directed by Senator Bob Day, and owned by his wife Bronte, are petitioning to demand the resignation of Senator Bob day from his current position in the Australian Senate.

We are being put through tremendous financial and emotional hardship having signed up with his home building companies,to build our dream home, and  are still either waiting for the completion of our homes- many up to 2 years after commencement of building, or rectification of dangerous, incomplete or substandard works on our new homes.

Recent media articles have highlighted the dire financial situation of his companies

The Australian Newspaper- National Affairs Section, Sept 27 2016.

We firmly believe that Senator  Bob Day, who has failed to address these issues, or show any genuine concern about our significant financial hardship caused by his companies, is not fit to represent us in our parliament, as a Senator, and therefore demand his resignation immediately.

We will be submitting this petition to the Australian Senate.
