Server rack efficiency

We the undersigned hereby request that all redundant 1u server gaps are eliminated forthwith. By failing to fully utilise the capacity within any given server rack the installer is not only cutting server rack efficiency by 50\% but is also contributing to global climate change via excessive and wanton consumption of additional server storage facilities (and seriously p*ssing off his/her fellow work colleagues!) Plus it would make the rack look all lovely and pretty. Come on Steve, don't give us that cooling crap, it's how they were meant to be!
