To establish July 20th of each year as the Space Exploration Day Holiday. President George W. Bush would issue an executive order to establish Space Exploration Day as a legal non-paid Holiday, with a legal status equal to Flag Day. Space Exploration Day U.S. Presidential Proclamations have been issued by Presidents Ford, Reagan, and George H.W. Bush. The proclamations were issued in 1976, 1984, 1985 & 1989. This holiday will commemorate the first manned landing on the Moon, with a vision for our future in space, including returning to the Moon to stay, and going on to settle the Planet Mars. With emerging new quantum vacuum physics, practical star travel will also be possible in the future. Space Exploration provides Scientific, Technological, Economic, and social benefits for all mankind. The world was more united on the day Neil Armstrong first set foot upon the Moon.
