Dear Congressperson,There was a time with daylight saving served a purpose, however now it is outdated and no longer needed or wanted. Some states have already done away with it. Please allow the citizens of Missouri to at least have the opportunity to vote on the issue and decide for themselves if they want to keep springing forward and falling back.
