Picking up a newspaper can be heartbreaking any day, but reading about the events going on in Denver, Miami, and Cincinnati you can't help but cry.
Pit bulls, and even ones that only LOOK like pit bulls are being torn from their owners, and either put on death-row, or are being sent far away/released, but only with the promise they will never return.
Owners are desperate for help. This is where our petition comes in. Let's show people over there that we can help stop this cruel ban that is unjust, and unnessasary.
Let's stand up for the dogs that are suffering, and for the owners that have hardly had a chance to bid farewell to their beloved dogs.

After all, if the breed of dog YOU have, were to ever be banned, wouldn't you want to do something to stop it from happening?

the ban on pit bulls is wrong. instead of getting rid of the dog they should ask that owners provide proper training for the dog and the owners are handeling these pets properly. Pitbulls are loving dogs if treated right.

well I like pit bulls yeah.but I agree that um they shouldn't be banned...it's the owners fault if they kill or attack children..I used to hear it alot this past year in Toronto.I am Canadaian...whoooooooo

This is an outrage. How dare you people who think you can go and remove a persons pet just because you don't like the breed. A dog acts the way it was raised....go after the criminals who are making these dogs mean, not someones pet.
