We the people of the United States of America,
understanding that science is a necessary tool of mankind, and is a basic component of human existence, we
recognize that the basic principles of the scientific method are solidly established,
and operate as a society under the premise that scientists must be accredited, hence,
accredited scientists must meet minimum requirements in basic scientific discipline. If these requirements are not met, or in the future the scientist accredited cannot meet these basic requirements:
The offenders shall have all academic credentials stripped by an academic authority.
The offenders shall be removed from all public institutions and have any publicly funded compensation terminated immediately.
