Students Against Large Developments On Water Street

As a concerned student of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, I am against the construction of buildings on Water Street with a height above 3 Stories. I believe large buildings on Water Street are not in the best interest of the Students because:
1. Traffic Congestion and Parking Issues on Water Street
2. Students prefer to live in single family houses compared to apartment complexes.
3. Lack of security in private dormitories
4. The Historical Preservation of Water Street
