We the undersigned support the creation of a ceramic painting shop in Greenwich Town Centre. We want the decision to be made to give 3-4 Nelson Rd the A1/A3 class of use that will ensure that it can open and we can enjoy creative time there with our family and friends.

We believe that Biscuit will be a significant benefit to Greenwich Town Centre and deplore the delays in making a simple decision
