Swindon Town FC - Removal of Andy King and Mike Walsh

As loyal supporters of Swindon Town, we, The Undersigned, strongly feel that Mr. King has taken the club to the limits of his capabilities as a football manager and ask that yourselves (The Board) take immediate action and remove him in favour of a replacement, of your choosing, to be appointed as soon as is viable.
The reasons for our request are as follows:
Deterioration of team form on the pitch.
Mismanagement of team affairs and the media off of the pitch.
Mr. Kings incapability to take full responsibility for his own actions and mistakes including, but not limited to:
His many obvious tactical areas, including neglecting to make tactical changes even when it is most obvious that they are needed.
His persistent blaming of the team for said mistakes.
His unprofessional behaviour, which includes, but is not limited to, smoking cigars in the dugouts. This is a professional sport and Mr, King is in a position of influence over both young children and young footballers he should not be setting this kind of example to youngsters.
Mr. King has been in charge of team affairs for a sufficient length of time, and has made no marked improvement to the state of club affairs. It is his job to progress the team forwards, improving the position of the club in professional standing.
Most importantly, we make this request to the members and directors of the board because, as loyal supporters, we have only the best interests of the club, and its future at heart. We merely ask that you please take our request on board and take action upon it.
