As customers of T-Mobile, and users of the various types of Sidekick phones, which have all been suffering from a lack of data connectivity, and inability to access or contacts/emails/calendar via T-Mobiles web interface or handset since approximately October 2nd, 2009. We sign this petition to express or complete lack of satisfaction with this service, with the lack of timely updates at to progress in fixing the problem, and with the refusal of T-Mobile to waive the $200 contract cancellation fee.
