We personally believe that the T2 interchange in Plimmerton NZ is a waste of govermment resources in its current state.
You can only use its two lanes at certain times then one lane turns into a parking spaces for the residents living alongside the motorway who have more than enough parking space in there own driveways and garages.
In conclusion this is an ineffective use of govermment resources.
