Teachers are not allowed to keep mobilephone overnight

Im sure that during your high school life, your phone has been confiscated by your schools deputy principal/teachers.
According to school policies, if you breach your mobile phone policy, the school is able to confiscate your mobile phonebut it has to be returned at the end of the school day.

However, my deputy principal confiscated my phone and did not return it at the end of the day. I was told to retrieve it tomorrow. This clearly is a breach of the policty. She does not have the right to confiscate my mobile phone overnight. Plus, this is my first time using my phone in school.

I requested to remove my sim card from my mobile phone to ensure that my personal contents is secure, however, the request was denied. Please support me, and sign up for the petition.

TEACHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONFISCATE OUR PHONE OVERNIGHT. I HAVE PERSONAL STUFF IN MY PHONE.
