Temporary Restrictions to Mclean Creek during May Long Weekend

For too long, the silent majority has sat back, while a small group of irresponsible users have showed no respect to the environment or the law and put many people's lives at risk. OHV enthusiasts along with our families use McLean Creek with respect and have spent countless hours volunteering to clean the area, maintain trails and the construction of fences and bridges. During this one weekend, the OHV area and Environment is disgraced by rowdy partiers, who are not there for the purpose of OHV activities, but to run reckless and out of control. We highlight this particular weekend as problematic as it coincides with the high school grad parties and the first summer long weekend. This behavior is considerably less present during any other weekend.
We the responsible users/stewards of this land would gladly sacrifice one weekend of temporary restrictions of our privileges, so that we may have it to enjoy for all other weekends of the year. We request the following restrictions be imposed to McLean Creek OHV during the weekend of May 15th May 20th.
a.) Ban random camping and liquor in the Mclean Creek OHV area.
b.) Day time access to Mclean OHV between the hours of 6:00 - 22:00.
c.) Increase enforcement by SRD and RCMP of existing rules and temporary restrictions.
