Thai nightly blackout

In Bangkok, Thailand, there has been a regular power outage every night for the last 3 nights. Not only is it disruptive. but it seems to lengther each night. It might be less of a nusiance if occouring during daylight. However the power goes off when it is dark and nothing may be done or continued. I don't know if this is some type of malfunction or if it's some gimmick to save moeny. All I know is that this should not be happening and this petition will be shown (or attempted to be shown) to officials in the Thai government to resolve the issue.
