The Canadian Government, the CBC, or Canadian networks should think of subsiding the Stargate Franchise and Stargate Universe. What I think the Canadian Government, the CBC, or Canadian networks should do is buy and subsidies the Stargate Franchise and Stargate Universe. Because the Stargate Franchise is being closed down part by part, it is the perfect time for the Canadian Government, the CBC, or Canadian networks to buy the rights and license of Stargate. Stargate has been such a popular show internationally and I think it will be ashamed to see it go away. Stargate is also part of Canada; it is filmed in Vancouver and has its Canadian roots. It is sad to see the show go away like this, as it has such a long history with Canada television and film production. It shows that Canada can produce really good television productions too. It would be ashamed to see it go away. Whenever there is a science-fiction convention in Canada, Stargate is always there. It would be ashamed to see this great show go away like this. Therefore I think the Canadian Government, the CBC, or Canadian networks should buy and subsidies the Stargate Franchise and Stargate Universe.
