The Great Manchester Parking Ticket Swindle

Manchester City Council have extended parking restrictions on roads throughout the city. However, they have not erected new signs on these roads to notify the public of the changes. Over 60,000 parking tickets have been issued since these changes were made. Manchester City Council continually refuse to listen to complaints about unfair parking tickets, instead sending bullying letters with threats of increased fines. We, the undersigned, would like to see: 1). All unfair parking tickets rescinded and apologies given. 2). Signs erected on every road with parking restrictions, so that everyone can know where and when they are/are not permitted to park. 3). An improved and honourable complaints procedure.
